What is it?
A complete session to switch off the noise of the week. We work the back, neck, arms and legs with personalized pressure — lighter or deeper, you decide. The technique combines long gliding strokes, kneading and targeted work on the tension points you carry without realizing it.
If you prefer, we add aromatherapy with lavender, eucalyptus or citrus. After the massage, we leave you hydrated and with a hot tea. We bring a portable table, clean sheets and everything needed — you just need to have a quiet room available.

Contraindications
Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy (fine in the second and third with adapted technique), fever, active skin infections, recent fractures or thrombosis. If you have a medical condition, consult first.
